Connecticut has specific permit requirements for firearm purchases. For handguns, you must have a valid CT Pistol Permit. For long guns (rifles and shotguns), you need a CT Long Gun Eligibility Certificate or a CT Pistol Permit. These permits are issued by your local police department after completing the required safety course.
If you do not yet have a permit, Bravo Defense offers pistol permit classes to help you meet the state requirements. We can hold your transferred firearm while you complete the permit process.

We accept transfers for handguns, rifles, shotguns, and NFA items (with approved ATF Form 4). We do not charge storage fees for items held during a delayed background check.
